Booking and Payments:

Cancellations and Refunds:

Client Responsibilities:
- Venue and EquipmentThe client is responsible for providing suitable access to the venue and any necessary equipment required for the provision of services by Sai Sound Service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Guest Conduct: The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and ensuring compliance with any venue rules or regulations.
Liability and Indemnity:
- Limitation of Liability: Sai Sound Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided.
- Guest Conduct: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Sai Sound Service harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the client's use of our services.
Intellectual Property:
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the materials and content provided as part of our services belong to Sai Sound Service unless otherwise stated.
- Use of Materials: The client may use the materials and content provided by Sai Sound Service solely for the purpose of their event and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without prior written consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
